Raya Properties ensure no void periods and ensures a continuous stream of rental income without interruption.
Property Maintenance
At Raya Properties, we conduct routine property inspections and maintenance to ensure that the property is returned to you in the same condition as when it was entrusted to us.
Simple Set-Up
After valuing your property and agreeing on rent, we undertake necessary works, secure an HMO license if needed, and initiate the process, ensuring rent is guaranteed on the same day every month, irrespective of void periods
